Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers can return goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund. If the item is faulty, the customer won’t need to pay for return shipping. The Online Beauty Courses will cover the return cost for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please take a photo of the item and its packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. You will also receive a confirmation email from The Online Beauty Courses.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Typically, our kits do not come with a course. However, if you're interested in viewing the available kit combinations, you can click here. Alternatively, you can purchase a kit along with a course to ensure you have the same items needed to follow along.
